We've said it on every page of this site. Here's what stands behind it.
A warranty is a manufacturer telling you, in writing, which parts of their trailer they expect to fail. Read enough of them and a pattern shows up: the wiring gets one year, the paint gets excluded entirely, and the wearing parts are somebody else's problem. We build ours differently, so we back ours differently.
5 year Wiring and electrical Every circuit, every light, every connection. Our harnesses are joined with heat-shrunk butt connectors, not Scotch Locks, and our lighting is LED throughout. A trailer that spends its winters in salt spray shouldn't be back at a dealer chasing a dead marker light, so we cover the whole electrical system for five years.
5 year Structural, on all aluminum trailers Main frame, crossmembers, and welds on every aluminum trailer we build. This is the Triple-T frame, 2"×4" and 2"×6" main rails, crossmembers on 12" centres on most models and 16" centers on the rest, and a roof rated for Canadian snow.
3 year Structural, on all steel trailers The same commitment on our steel line: frame, crossmembers, and welds. The only reason it's shorter is the harsh winters in Canada wear steel far faster than aluminum.
1 year Paint, on any painted surface Whatever the material underneath, on any trailer we paint. Canadian winters are hard on a finish, road salt, freeze-thaw, sand, which is exactly why most manufacturers write paint out of their warranty altogether. We don't think that's fair to the person who bought the trailer.
90 day Wearing parts Brakes, bearings, bushings, springs, tires, and the other parts designed to wear out with use. Most warranties in this industry cover these for zero days. Ours gives you a season to find out whether something left our floor wrong.
Your warranty starts the day you pickup or take delivery and covers defects in our materials and our workmanship. It doesn't cover damage from an accident, from loading past the trailer's rated capacity, from modifications made after it left our floor, or from neglected maintenance.
Nothing here takes away the rights you already have under Canadian consumer protection law.
Our warranty transfers from owner to owner, unlike any other competitor out there. We stand by our product even if you're the third owner. All we require is the serial number and proof of ownership.
Start with the dealer you bought from, they can handle most things directly. If you'd rather come to us, call (519) 348-0008 Ext. 1 or use the form below, and have your serial number and the date of purchase ready.
